haha today is the first day of my NDP 2009 training! EEE... not really the start of the training, it's only the internal training for the st john ambulance.
The trainers were from the "NAVY" Two of them are warrant officers while one of them is full time sergeant of NAVY. I like the training today as it was not tough and not tired at all. Not like last year AGI when i suffer alot.... :)

Haaa heard from the officers that we ' the st john " will march a 2.4km!! I FELT HONOR haha
